KA-SA-T6

The Solid Acacia line bears curling that is similar to its close relative Koa. The Acacia’s resemblance to its cousin is apparent in its beautiful, varied grain pattern. The all solid wood allows the sound to improve as it is broken in.

Love it

I really wasn't sure what to expect with a 6 string ukulele and it took a little bit to get used to playing a ukulele with two doubled strings but I really do love it. The build quality is fantastic and it arrived nicely set up and ready to play. I normally order from ukulele shops that do some set up work on the instruments before they ship so I wasn't sure what to expect from ordering direct from Kala but I was not disappointed.

Sweet Mellow Sound

My daughter tried a 6-string when she was at the music store for lessons one day. she fell in love with the sound. Hard for me to explain but give the uke less sharpness 7 a more mellow sound perfect for singing along with. Tried a few tone woods. You don't want a spruce or cedar top - mahogany was good, but koa or Acacia (they are almost same thing) was better. So, bought this one. Only problem is daddy likes it so much she has to keep getting it back off me. Switched to Brown Worth Strings on it & think it improved a bit.

Acacia 6 string

Absolutely flawless. I have numerous high end acoustic guitars, bought this for my wife. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.

Solid instrument, great value

I have been very pleased with my acacia 6-string. Had it for a couple months now and it is resonant and gives a variety of sound I'm enjoying. The one wound string tends to weaken sooner than the other five nylon strings, but some variance is to be expected. It's a great instrument.
