Love the wood. I'm used to tenors, so I'm getting used to the size. The smaller span is unique. I think I'll replace the G string to a the lower G.
Purchased KA-SCAC-SLNG from Kala. Ukulele is well constructed. The cedar top(with laminated acasia side and bottom) and Aquila super nylgut nylon strings produce a rich sound. Kala does full setup. There were no sharp fret edges. Neck is satin and body is gloss. All in all this is a moderately priced ukulele that is pretty and sounds good.
