California Handmade Ukulele Straps

I bought the brown tapa handmade uke strap & it's a super cool design! Looks fantastic with my Elite koa ukes. Might have to get the blue tapa, too. Just need to get the strap buttons installed. I do wish the straps came with the loop that fits on the headstock & under the strings, so that only one strap button was required. Maybe Kala would sell the loops as an accessory option - hint, hint :-)

These unique handmade in the USA straps are the best out there. The ends are REAL leather so they easily slip on the buttons. I have bought too many cheap ones that have ends made of cheap imitation leather fabric. Those ends are so stiff that I struggle trying to get them on the buttons, and am afraid I might pull the button out or bend it. These REAL leather ends are so soft they slip right on. Once I tried these, I regretted trying to save a few bucks on the cheap ones. These STs are worth the few extra dollars!

I bought this strap as Kala has a matching bag. It makes it easier to keep track of gig bags when you own multiple instruments. I enjoy the comfort and the Hawaiian print on the strap.

I purchased the peacock patterned strap and it looks great. Very comfortable to wear and easy to attach to my concert uke.
