This is a wonderful guitar!

The sound is well balanced, it's nice played hard and soft, chords and melodic lines.

I really like the size, shape, and the relatively low volume. Very nice craftsmanship; great for the money.

Altogether, IMHO, much nicer than the (more expensive) Baby Taylor or Martin LX1.

I just bought a second one for my 20-something son, who fell in love with it on first try (he already has a Baby Taylor).

I knew it would be awesome

I love the small body size, like a baritone ukulele, except six strings! And steel strings! Very hard to find a well built instrument of this type and Kala has done a wonderful job! Excellent tone all the way up the neck, super fun to play and so comfortable relax with.

Overall, I like it.

Good size for travel in my 5th wheel RV. Sounds very good. Playability isn't as good as I had hoped. I need to pull the bridge and sand the bottom to lower the action. Stays in tune well. I 'm a big guy with big fingers so the strings are a bit close together for me. Quality is very good.
