Excellent company and product

The Baritone solid spruce top has a great sound that stands out over many top ukuleles that are all solid. It was set up perfect in every way. I didn't have any negative things to talk about. It is tough to put in down because it has a great sound and projection. Pretty good looking too, the finish was perfect.

Lovely tone and easy play

As a long time uke player, I have purchased several ukuleles in several different price ranges. Truth be told, Kala products have always proved the most reliable no matter what the dollar amount.

I have several issues with my fretting hand so I’m always looking for a Baritone with easy playability. This one fits the bill. The nut width is generous and suited to my limitations.

Due to covid, the shipment was slightly delayed, but the terrific woman in customer service kept me informed via email of the new delivery date.

The uke was good to go straight out of the box. The action was set low and the strings settled down in a few days.

Included in my purchase was a non padded soft case.

I love the tone....I wouldn’t call it a “boomy“ spruce, but it has a clear, crisp sound.

In short, the uke would be worth twice the price I paid for it.
