Tenor review

I have been wanting a Tenor so I finally decided to purchase a Kala after weeks of checking out different brands and I am very happy with my ukulele.

Love It

After my brother in law got a ukulele I decided I wanted to give it a shot also. In the past I've always gone cheap when trying to learn something and ended up quitting. After going all out on a fly rod when I wanted to learn to fly fish I knew I couldn't go cheap if I wanted to learn something. This tenor uke fits me perfect, I'm 6'1, 250 lbs. It feels solid, well built, and looks beautiful. It's easy to tune and sounds divine. I don't have the experience to speak how it compares to other ukuleles as it is my very first one but I am very happy with my choice

Excellent Tenor

I own several ukuleles. Two concerts, a custom baritone, pineapple, and this Kala Tenor. By FAR this is my favorite ukulele to play. Warm tones, great fret work, and wonderful looks. I mike it through my PA at gigs using an MXL770 for both performance and recording.

It is truly regretful that it is discontinued. If you have a chance to pick one up...grab it quick you won't be disappointed.
