Born in Haslett, MI, Marlowe Teichman started playing music at eight years old when her father got her her first guitar. Marlowe would pick up bass, piano, mandolin, and banjo before acquiring her first ukulele as a high school freshman. She began arranging her own instrumental songs which led her to release two solo albums and an EP. She has performed for and with Jake Shimabukuro, as well as at weddings, parties, and festivals. She has been playing uke for five years, and also plays bass in alternative funk band One More Day. She is currently studying Music Business and Bass Guitar Performance at McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, MN. Marlowe continues to write, collaborate, record, and perform.
