Refund policy

RETURN POLICY FOR KALA INSTRUMENTS AND ACCESSORIES SOLD ONLINE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact Kala to return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We cannot honor retroactive discounts or promo items based on sales occurring after orders were placed and shipped. We do not accept returns initiated due to a sale price being offered at a later date. Returns initiated for this reason will be subject to a 10% restocking/handling fee for each item returned.

All returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

Returned items not adhering to this policy, as well as instruments with custom EQ or strap button installations, may be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee. 

Receipt is non-transferable from original owner. Original owner must have the receipt for warranty claim.

Unsolicited returns to Kala Brand Music Co.™ or any of its authorized dealers will not be accepted.

About re:do

For a small added fee, you may checkout with the re:do product added for free unlimited returns on your order. This is only compatible with kalabrand.com, and is not available on purchases placed through Meta or anywhere else at this time. 

Didn’t checkout with re:do? You will still initiate a return through our return portal and purchase a label with discounted shipping rates. If you are experiencing a warranty issue, please proceed with the return process in the portal, and our support team will get in touch before you acquire a return label.

If you did not purchase your item through kalabrand.com or you have warranty questions, please email us at support@kalabrand.com and provide us with a copy of your purchase receipt, description and photos of any damage, and your confirmed mailing address.
