B-Stock: Salt and Pepper Doghair Mahogany Tenor Ukulele
$1,499.99 MSRP $1,199.99
The Salt and Pepper Doghair Mahogany Elite was designed as an homage to Collings Doghair guitars, the Mahogany gets a color spray to fill the grains, which is then sealed and glossed—producing the sleek Salt and Pepper finish. The contrast is complemented by the Ebony fingerboard and bright white binding and inlays. Comes equipped with open gear tuners with black knobs, GraphTech NuBone® nut, and a bone saddle. Handmade at the Kala Shop, the Salt and Pepper Doghair Mahogany Elite was available in a tenor model with a high-gloss finish. This one comes in a sturdy, waterproof Transit gig bag.
This particular Salt and Pepper Elite is beautiful. It is considered a blem because there is a tiny bit of “raw” wood showing on the treble side of the binding. There is a small divot in the back of the neck, plus two thin, hard to see, scratches on the back and one on the front lower bout.
