The Satin Claro Walnut Tenor Ukulele is similar to our Satin Koa Elites. This very simple, no-frills, yet beautiful, Claro Walnut Tenor is a true testament to the beauty of this tonewood. Claro Walnut, also known as Northern California Walnut or Black Walnut, is a durable, rich brown wood with striking, swirling grain patterns. It is considered to have great balanced tonal qualities but more projective than Koa. “Rich” and “warm” are two accurate ways to describe the look and sound of Walnut.

This Claro Walnut Tenor comes equipped with Kala custom vintage open-gear tuners and Kala Fluorocarbon Strings with Low G. It comes in our sturdy, water-resistant Kala Transit Gig Bag with a plush interior that also includes a D’Addario® Humidifier Pro. Preferred by professional musicians, the tenor size adds a warmth and depth to the classic ukulele sound.
