Designed and handmade in Petaluma, California, the Kala Elite USA Doghair Mahogany is our ukulele throwback to vintage Martin guitars of the 1930s. The Honduran Mahogany has a vibrant sound with abundant sustain. We give the wood a thin finish that fills the end-grains and makes them stand out.  This particular Mahogany Elite is a one-off and has tortoiseshell binding.

There is a tiny dark spot on the top left “shoulder” when looking straight down.

The Doghair Mahogany comes with our sturdy, water-resistant Kala Transit Gig Bag with a plush interior, a D’Addario® Humidifier Pro, Kala Elite Brown Fluorocarbon Strings with Low G by Worth Strings®.
