Electric copper tenor resonator ukulele with nickel tuning machines
I can't believe the incredible sound that the copper body gives the resonator sound. Full and mellow, not metallic like I thought it would sound.
It's a great and fun instrument. I will enjoy it for years to come.
I was looking for a Resonator and some of the others that I've tried were too heavy for me. When I saw this one was copper, it really peaked my interest. AND Bingo! It was and acoustic/electric!! SCORE! I play with friends busking and some other places and the ease of just plugging in and playing was something I thought I would only dream of. That is until the Kala sale started. The feel is wonderful, it's not too heavy and the sound is wonderful. It really projects. We play the blues a lot so the "dirtiness" of it only adds to the feel. My good friend just gave me a smaller slide too since I couldn't find one that fit my super slim fingers. This one will be played out a lot now. My guitar playing friends really approve! I can't wait to explore more of my new baby.
