Based on looks and finish it is a solid 10. However, soundwise it a case of you get what you pay for. Kala is a great low to mid priced ukulele company and this is at the lower end. In comparison my Kala ziricote concert sounds much better but is almost twice the retail price. I bought it purely on looks.
