My tenor arrived in perfect shape. No shipping damage. The uke sounds great, having said that I'll be changing out the strings to the strings of my preference. The finish is flawless and feels good. No fret edges to hurt your fingers or hand while moving up and down the fret board. The built in tuner and electric pickup work great. This is my 4th kala and I'm very happy with all of them.

I hand-selected this tenor ukulele from a local shop while in Honolulu. The craftsmanship is spot on, and it sounds very pleasant on the ear. The cedar top and mahogany really give it a warm tone. I am completely pleased with this instrument, and I can not put it down once it's in my hands! I wish all my instruments felt this good. I MUST visit Kala when I return to NorCal and see what other delights they have for me!
