After a 3-year shut down due to COVID. I am working to get our youth program "THE COLOR OF MUSIC" back up and running. I purchased the tuner and picks to teach myself to pay the ukulele so that I not only oversee the program, but to play an active role in helping young children develop a positive passion in Words and Music.

I have several of these tuners. I buy them a few at a time when Kala has them on sale because I make sure each instrument has a tuner, and it's good to have a few spares. These also show how far off you are in cents so as to provide better accuracy than some tuners. Great item, great price. My older ones use MicroUSB for charging. These new ones use USB-C, and I appreciate this change. The included short USB-A to USB-C cable makes charging quick and easy, probably off your cell phone charger when not in use. Make sure you carry your charging cable with you. For my uses, i charge it about once a month and it only needs about 20 minutes to get to full charge.
Next sale, I might get a few more. Having spares is a good thing.
