Processing

Most orders ship in 4–7 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll get a tracking email once your order is ready; carrier pages can take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery timing

  • USA: Typically 5–10 days after shipment (varies by carrier, warehouse, and destination).

  • International: Typically 5–20 days after shipment; customs clearance can add time.



U.S. Shipping

Lower 48

  • Free shipping on orders $150+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).

  • Under $150: $7 flat (small items like accessories/tees) or $20 flat (instruments/cases).

AK/HI & U.S. Territories

  • Real-time carrier rates shown at checkout (we pass through our discounted rates).

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide with real-time carrier rates at checkout.

  • If no rate appears, contact us and we’ll try to help.

  • You can also shop local partners via our Dealer Locator.

Carriers

UPS / FedEx for most U.S. shipments; DHL for some international; USPS may be used for small accessory orders when fastest.

 



Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-day window from delivery for refunds or exchanges.

  • Items must be new/unused in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrived not as described or it’s a confirmed warranty issue.

re:do (optional at checkout)

  • If you added re:do, you get free, unlimited returns on that order via our portal.

  • Didn’t add re:do? Use the portal to purchase a discounted return label.

Restocking fees (rare)

  • Returns made only due to later sale pricing may incur a 10% handling fee.

  • Items not meeting the “as-new” condition or instruments with custom EQ/strap-button installs may incur up to 20%.
