As I'm considering using my Kala Nomad Acoustic-Electric U•BASS® at gigs with our band, I decided it was time to buy a hard case for it. Driving with the U•BASS® in its soft case just didn't seem optimal.
The idea of a hard case came to mind when the grey tweed case showed up on my social media feed. I looked to see what other hard cases were available and really liked the alligator look of the black hard case.
As others have said, it's a snug fit for the U•BASS®, which means the instrument won't be knocking around inside the case. The addition of an end handle is a brilliant idea! I wish my full size bass cases were as easy to remove from the van as this one.

Bought a box for our cats and it came with this nifty hard case that’s perfect for transporting and protecting my Kala U-BASS.
But seriously, I love the alligator texture of the covering and the interior is a snug fit for my Nomad U-BASS. The case seems very sturdy and the hardware is solid. Planning to start using the U-BASS with my band, and this case makes me feel more confident about transporting the instrument

This case is well made and when seen up close, the alligator style covering on the case is cool. The latches and handle are really good. The inside is as expected, well padded and a compartment for accessories. I am actually using this case for a KALA baritone ukulele which fits well. I recommend this case.

Solid case. Very snug fit. The handle on the side or end is a nice touch. Perfect for a E-Bass. I bought two for each of mine
