This is an awesome version of the Kala solid body. I also have the orange paisley version which I got from the UK. Totally loving the paint work on both & especially the maple fretboards. Looking forward to seeing more patterns in the future.
Side note: Would also be really nice to see a matt white version of the journeyman with black binding in the future. Think that would be killer! Love all things Kala U•Bass & mini solid body. Pictured are some of my many other Kala basses.

Excellent bass for the money with some of the features that I enjoy, That includes a circa 60's/70's paint job and a maple neck. My only ding is that the see-thru scratch plate protecting the paint job seems to easily scratch even with a fingernail.
