A Revelator To Rule Them All
The Revelator Emperor Nautilus has arrived to take its rightful place on the throne. These special limited releases of the USA-made Kala Revelator ukulele are stunning in both their hand chosen wood selection and elevated appointments. They are to date the pinnacle of Kala’s Revelator lineup.

The first wave of releases starts with a foundation of hand-picked 4A high-figure Solid Hawaiian Koa tops and a solid Honduran Mahogany body. The dazzling multicolor patterns of Paua Abalone purfling outline the ukulele body, and adorn the fret markers of the African Ziricote fingerboard. Gold Gotoh tuning hardware and an Abalone Nautilus inlay make the Ebony head plate shine. A further touch of visual intrigue is achieved with a custom soundhole binding, complemented by the clean white borders of the neck and headstock. The Emperor Nautilus boasts the signature seamless neck with contoured heel, and delivers versatile sound with both its robust acoustic projection and the integrated Artec Passive Pickup system, for amplified performance. Each Kala Revelator Nautilus ukulele is handcrafted in the Kala USA Workshop in Petaluma, California. This model comes in an Olive Tweed Archtop Revelator Ukulele Hard Case.

To ensure the health of this instrument, we recommend storing it in 40-60% humidity, away from direct sun, vents or extreme temperatures. We recommend storing it at least part time in a bag or case with an ukulele humidifier, or humidity-controlled environment.

I know why it's called 'The Revelator '!

This tenor is one of the most nimble, and well intonated ukuleles I have ever played! Fabulous top (one piece), and amazingly tuneful! Great acoustic projection, and tone- given the body thickness. All in all, I consider this to be well worth the price of admission, and I am having a great deal of fun playing and writing with it! It truly is a revelation of design, and a definite hotrod!
