This is not a ‘hard case’ but it is very well padded, thicker firmer padding-not cheap lightweight padding. It fits my baritone snuggly, and I feel it will protect it very well. I like the simple logo that lets me know at a glance which uke it is. The case that came with my Luna uke is basically unpadded dust cover compared to this. I have a hard case for my Cordoba, which I really like, but for the price, this one is great! Note: the front zippered pocket is useful for holding the purchase paperwork, but nothing else. Very flat and tight.

I really liked the product, even thought the front pocket is very tight and not very useful. However the overall built quality of the gig bad regarding the fit and protection for the instrument it is impressive.

I have two tenor logo gig bags. the one made in China is five star; but the one from India is barely a three because it is I/2+ inch shorter, is stiffer and the zipper does not zip smoothly. Anyone just buying the bag should make sure it is from China! Oh, both ukes are excellent.
