My original E tuner broke apart so I replaced it with this hip shot. A little tricky to install. You have to unscrew the gear from the shaft to break it into two parts to install in the headstock. Top and bottom. Then screw it all back together.
Once it is installed the quality of this tuner is so much better. Much smoother than the originals. I may replace them all eventually as a result.
