The padding is very thick. The zipper is first rate. The bag opens up completely. Not like other bags that only open up 3/4. This bag will really protect my ukulele.
I don't know that I have any praises to sing specifically about this product, but I also have no complaints whatsoever. It fits quite snugly to the concert-sized ukulele I purchased, and the walls of it seem to be a thick enough foam to hold their shape even without the instrument inside, so it's a nice half-way between a hard-shell case and a simple gig bag. Only pocket is a thin one right on the front outside. It has two adjustable straps, and one rather comfortable handle. I also like that the place above the bridge and the neck are both reinforced with an extra piece of thick material to prevent scratch damage.
Overall, if I had the money I would have gone for a hard-shall case, but I am perfectly satisfied with this one. Especially for the price, I'd say it's well worth it to grab this over an unpadded gig bag.

Fits my Kala tenor really well, neither tight nor loose. Good for indoor use and short drives to local events, would need something more substantial for travel by plane or public transport.
This gig bag is nicely made and sturdy.
