This U-Bass has great sound acousticslly and a nice feel for not having to press hard but also being able to slide from fret to fret. Once I knew to turn off the tuner, I got it plugged into a Fender 25 amp. Then the nice electric sound shone.

Purchased for my father who has had a lifelong desire to play bass. He absolutely loves this instrument and has been happily learning the basics of bass playing since we gave it to him. The striped ebony is gorgeous and the frets with the easy play strings are very forgiving. I'm very happy with this purchase and how much enjoyment it had brought him.
