Processing & Shipping Time

Your order can take up to 4 to 6 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped out. When your order is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for the shipment. It could still be a few hours before your shipment is picked up by the carrier, so please allow up to 24 hrs for the carrier tracking page to show an updated status and estimated delivery. If you have not received an email within 4 to 6 business days of your purchase, please contact us.

Within the U.S., once your order ships, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to arrive. The exact time depends on the warehouse we ship from, the ship-to location, the carrier delivery time, and the size of your order. International orders can take anywhere from 5 to 20 days to arrive. Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

Shipping Costs: USA 

The Lower 48 States

Orders of $99 or more ship FREE to the lower 48 states. Orders under $99 have a $5 or $15 flat rate, depending on the items purchased. Small items, like accessories and t-shirts, ship at $5 flat, while larger items, like instruments and cases, ship at $15 flat on orders under $99. To qualify for free shipping, the order subtotal (after any applied discounts and before taxes) must be $99 or greater.

Non-Contiguous USA

If you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a non-contiguous USA territory, we use real-time carrier shipping calculations at checkout to determine the price of shipping. Rates are calculated based on your ship-to location, the weight, and size of your order. We extend our carrier-negotiated, discounted rates in order to give you the best pricing possible.

 

Shipping Costs: International

We offer worldwide shipping for orders placed on kalabrand.com. We use real-time carrier shipping calculations at checkout to determine the price of shipping. Rates are calculated based on your ship-to location, the weight, and size of your order. We extend our carrier-negotiated, discounted rates in order to give you the best pricing possible. If you do not see available rates during checkout, it may mean we are not able to ship to your address. If this happens, please contact us to see if we can help.

PLEASE NOTE: All prices are USD and we do not estimate/account for import/customs costs. Customs fees may be due when you receive your instrument if you are outside of the United States. Unfortunately, those additional fees are unknown to Kala and outside of our control.

Carriers

We ship primarily with UPS and FedEx to ensure up-to-date tracking information and reliable delivery. International orders may be shipped via DHL depending on the Ship-to country. On occasion, we will use USPS for small accessory orders if our fulfillment team determines it to be reliable and expedient for the specific order size and ship-to location.
