This Ukulele looks, feels, and sounds great. I don't know that you can find such a high quality instrument for this price anywhere else.
I've worked my way through the first few sets of lessons in the beginner course. They are brief, thorough, and easy to understand. And FREE.
On the initial delivery I was super excited to open the box, get it tuned and get to playing. To my disappointment, I had been mis-shipped a Purple Burst instead of a Red Burst. I reached out to customer service via email and within 20 minutes Ashton had emailed me back apologizing for the mis-shipped, providing me with a return shipping label, and arranging for a replacement to be shipped to me immediately. Other companies should take note, this level of customer service breeds loyalty and trust! I will definitely be looking at Kala Brand Music Co for future instrument orders.
