Sent me one that had two cracks all the way through the top surface. Just simply wanted me to send it in for a return and wasn't offering to make it right in any former fashion. I am moving on to Ohana, from the overall reviews I think they're better build anyway.

Purchased as a ' blem ' for a substantial discount - it looks and plays perfectly ! Only minor flaw was a few sharp fret ends, easily fixed . I have several bari's and love the tone of this one the best - great projection and excellent clarity in the low end, - comfortable fretboard and great looks with the wood binding and soundhole inlay. The spruce / rosewood combination is perfect for a baritone - no 'muddy' tone from this one !
