It DOES twang a tiny bit sometimes but it mostly fixes itself once you press your fingers more firmly! Its pretty cute and sturdy, and has a nice sound! I wouldnt buy it if it wasnt your first ukulele BUT as a beginners, its really nice! A good introduction
