The quality is awesome, the finish is flawless, the sound is impressive. This is my first step up from an beginner Makala Baritone since I started playing about 1.5 years ago. Still have a lot to learn.

This is a first class instrument. Beautiful gloss finish and nicely figured wood with lots of movement on both the top and back as the body is tilted. It came well set up and plays great. It has wonderful deep tone and excellent sustain. My only complaint is that I don't like the strings but that's an easy fix. If you are in the market for a baritone this one should be high on your list especially for the price considering it's features. To get these features normally it would cost $200 more. This Baritone is an amazing bargain!! Sorry about my bad photography.

I just purchased a solid acaia blem, can't really find the blem! Really just a pin hole n the gloss under the strings between the sound hole & bridge. Love the through bridge! The sustain is forever & the acaia shimmers along with it. I put on Worth Browns as soon as it was delivered, had them on my solid cedar top baritone, love the warm sounds.
Glad it came with a gig bag as it doesn't fit my Transit bag, but the bag is sloppy big, not what I'm used to. Very happy otherwise!

I'm very impressed with the Kala Contour series and this solid acacia baritone. The mini jumbo body design fits perfectly in your lap and gives this ukulele some real volume. I have a Kala Tenor XL which I love, but the fit and finish of this Contour series is a step up.
