Nurcihan is a singer, ukulele player, ukulele teacher and video content creator from Turkey, İzmir. Her musical journey started when she got her first guitar while she was in high school. She played and sang in local concerts in her hometown Ordu. Later, she moved to İzmir for university and started to play ukulele in the last grade. She started to share her ukulele covers on social media and soon had gained over 10k followers. In order to enrich her knowledge in Jazz music, she studied at İzmir Music Academy.
Nurcihan is also the founder of the Ukulele İzmir community where she organizes ukulele events. Her highlights include organizing a World Ukulele Day, a special event for International Women's Day, and yoga-ukulele hybrid event Yogalele, as well as the very first ukulele festival in Turkey, Türkiye'nin ilk, hosted online in 2020.

Tip for Beginners
Don't take ukulele practices as a duty but a pleasure. Don't judge yourself if you don't get something from the first time just keep going and eventually you will succeed.
