Fuso
Fuso is from the small town of Milly-La-Forêt in France, where he was immersed in music from a very young age, growing up to the sounds of reggae and hip-hop. After releasing his first album in 2016, the singer-songwriter saw three of its tracks, including his hit "Love", played in thirteen countries worldwide. On March 6, 2020, Fuso released his second album "Danser dans la Tornade" with 3 tracks already reaching the top 100 BDS Francophone.
He spent his childhood on the South Shore of Montreal. It wasn't until the age of 12 that he developed a desire to sing. He enrolled in a singing course but was denied entry due to a malformation of his vocal cords. He was told he would never be able to sing and should pursue another path.
Years later, absorbed in surf culture, traveling, and never losing his passion for the rhythm music brought to his life, he began to play the guitar to accompany friends around fires. He decided to sing to accompany himself and learned by covering the hits that still influence him today, such as: Jack Johnson, Bob Marley, Bon Iver, Dirty Heads, Eminem, John Lennon, Trevor Hall, Xavier Rudd, Amy Winehouse, Orelsan, and many more. Composition and writing naturally followed.
After posting a few videos on social media, Fuso was approached by producer and director William Gaboury to try recording in a studio. Two tracks from his first album, "Rain is falling" and "Love", have been prominent on most Quebecois radio stations and in ten other countries around the world, such as Brazil, Hungary, Norway, etc. He also has had numerous performance opportunities, notably opening for Jérôme Couture, TV interviews, and many more. In 2018 and 2019, the artist toured with over 50 shows promoting the 2 singles "Recommencer tout" and "Du pareil au même", setting the stage for his album "Danser dans la tornade", released in March 2020.
