Great fun!

I have a number of ukuleles, at many price levels, sizes and brands. For the sheer fun of it, I ordered the gloss mahogany 8-string tenor with electronics. The beauty, tone, playability is beyond the fun I anticipated. My small quibble is the built in tuner which is not accurate enough with this difficult to tune instrument. But, once tuned, the delightful fullness of chords accompanying vocals is spectacular! An entire new sound for my playing.

Wonderful instrument

This is my 3rd Kala Brand instrument. Love all 3. Like the others, this one is well-built and has an incredible sound. Picked up the tweed hardshell case to go with it. Great combo. Have been enjoying playing the 8-string since it arrived. Have been happy with all my purchases from Kala. Will likely be buying more in the future.😊👍

Very pleased with the KA-8E. It arrived in perfect condition and the gloss mahogany finish looks great. Very good action for an 8 string and it has a nice bright tone. Experienced the usual tuning problems for the first few days until the strings stretched out but that's to be expected with nylon strings.

8-string goodness

Strikingly beautiful ukulele with mirror gloss finish and beautiful tuners. This was my first 8-string but it was easy to play and was a big hit. Tuning it isn't that bad, don't listen to the nightmare stories. The C-strings get out of tune quickly but I've only had it for a week so it may not have settled down yet. Had a built in tuner which gets a little getting used to and decent electronics.
