First let me say that the customer service is the best. I wanted different string put on and we had to discuss it. Whenever I wrote with a question I got an immediate reply.
My beautiful Koa Tenor arrived so fast. The packing was excellent. I tuned it up and WOW the sound blew me away. Compared to my Concert was like day and night.
The construction was done with great care. The frets are smooth. I don't catch my nail on them like my other one. You can see that Kala really makes top notch musical instruments.
And there is a 30 day period for return….. you can order with confidence.
