Notify Me When AvailableThe Kala Copper Resonator Ukulele offers a truly unique visual and tonal palette not found in many other instruments. With an all-brass body and hand-applied antique copper patina finish, these extraordinary instruments are sure to turn heads. At their core, resonator instruments are designed to keep up volume wise with other brass or percussion instruments in a live setting. In place of a traditional soundboard top, the resonator features a brass housing containing an aluminum cone that produces the sound when played, amplifying the natural volume of the instrument—and the metal components add the distinctive shimmer that these instruments are known for. To further add to the live performance capabilities of these instruments, the passive EQ allows you to amplify the sound even further. Each Kala Copper Resonator comes with a plush padded gig bag.

This Ukulele is one of the most beaitiful models of kala. This model have a Unique style and it sound great, very different and with more highs. I really recommed this model and It´s a Ukulele very strange and inusual

I fell in love with this Uke at first sight and was wow'd when I unpacked it! The copper look and feel are great and very unique. I will say this: be prepared as this weighs much more than your standard wood uke. I paid a little extra to string with red strings in low G. The sound definitely has a different twang than wood. I 😘 ve the resonating tone. I am satisfied with the price I paid and Kala service was great. One caution: there are no strap buttons on this and the sound hole is blocked from use with a neck strap. I am experimenting with other options, but this is an area Kala needs to fix, because currently it is a glaring omission on a truly great ukulele.
