I play a classical guitar and work with a ukulele band. I have found the Makala Tenor Ukulele to be well constructed. It has a pleasing appearance with the mahogany body blending well with the rosewood fretboard. When played, it has a rich melodic tone that blends well with the classical guitar and the other ukuleles in the group. I would recommend this ukulele not just for beginners but also for more experienced performance players.

I bought this uke to see how i like messing with Ukes during the pandemic. I love it. I have 9 other ukuleles and this is the instrument i pick up most frequently. Not expensive but very good .
