I played every ukulele in stock -about 30- at the store and immediately fell in love with a KA-CEM that passed the same ear test that I used to evaluate all of my previously purchased ukes, guitars, and basses to. There was no fret buzz, not buzzing or any other undesirable noises from the sound box, or bridge, The fretboard and frets were smooth and easy for both strumming chords as well as for finger picking. The intonation was also fine. I especially like the GraphTech nut and saddle. I’ve used Graph Tech guitar saddles for years, so I was familiar with their excellent products. The mahogany and rosewood is also beautiful to look at. I think I’m going to name this one “Walker”, in honor of the great instrumental tune, Walk, Don’t Run.
