    What blemish?

Not sure where the blemish but if I found it I’d still love this ukelele. I’m a beginner and only tried a handful. I gravitated to the sound of a KOA uke and had a difficult time finding a tenor under $300. I’m glad I went with this. Sounds amazing!!!

    Glad I finally bought it

Only had it for a week now but it's significantly better than my Cordoba 15tm(no surprise).

Has a bright yet sweet sound with clear articulation. I'm finding it difficult to put down.

The blemishes are not even noticeable.

Great instrument and received it in great condition in a timely manner! Thank Yo

So far I’ve not I found anything not to like. I Started ukulele lessons when I was 13 when we lived in Hawaii but my ukulele met it’s end quickly after it was stepped on by a sibling. I’m 63 now and picking up where I left off partly for therapy to keep fingers from getting stiff and the brain functioning ( boredom from medical retirement). The KTG tenor ukulele is perfect and a beautiful instrument. 😊

    Love my KTG!

My Kala KTG took 12 days to arrive, which surprised me because the Kala Co. is 38 miles from where I live. I understand that shipping an item is not a direct shot....so I tried to be patient but I was so excited to get my first tenor ukulele that I was admittedly totally impatient. Sorry Kala, owe you an apology because when the beautiful little uke arrived I fell in love, searching for the blemish of course...it is barely noticeable...a stamp gone wrong on the back of the headstock but I love it. It looks like someone stamped the number 2 there. The intonation is sweet, the tone is lovely, and although I don't usually care for the high gloss look, this one has grown on me. I wanted an entry level price point and due to the excellent construction details, stable bridge, the notched kerfing inside, I can see and hear that cutting costs (as in laminate) did not sacrifice quality of sound and playability.
