In 1963, I bought a lovely baritone uke, taught myself, and played every day for years. I actually got into classical and Spanish sounds and wrote some beautiful pieces. Oh, I was in love; but years and plenty of moves later, it ended up in a closet, not even in a case, & I found it last week. The strings were dead, so I ordered new, strung it and then, ugh, realized the neck was now warped making it very hard for lovely tones and terrible on my fingers. Kala Brand's Satin Mahogany Baritone to the rescue! Since I was starting from scratch, I wanted what this uke had to offer. Well, it arrived today, I tuned it up, and GLORY BE, the sound was wonderful! I even remembered after all these years, the beginning to a classical piece I wrote and it was sublime. I just haven't been able to put it down but knew I needed to tell Kala that I am so, so impressed with their workmanship, the fabulous sound, and the happiness they've brought to so many and now to me, a 75 yr old white-haired old lady that still knows good sound when she hears it. A MILLION thanks to you for giving me, I'm sure, an extra 15 yrs of life. I love it! 🏆🎸⭐👍
